The regeneration area covers over 150 hectares, bordered by Brent Cross Shopping Centre in the North, The A41 (Hendon Way) in the East, Cricklewood Lane in the South and the A5 (Edgware Road) in the West. The A406 (North Circular Road) also passes through the site East to West,
as does the Midland Mainline rail infrastructure North to South.

At the moment the Brent Cross Cricklewood area is very poorly planned and does not work well for residents or visitors. Areas are cut off from each other by the road and rail layout and there are few community facilities. The open spaces, whilst generous in size, are poorly landscaped and lacking
in facilities.
